NitroEurope - or NEU for short - is a project for integrated European research into the nitrogen cycle. NitroEurope is part of the EU's Sixth Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development, and will run for 5 years from February 2006 until 2011.

In 2010 and with the support of the Biochemical Society the 15th meeting in the series will also include a number of contributions from invited speakers. Every young participant attending the meeting is encouraged to present their work, preferably orally but at least as a poster.
